At Hire Castles, we strive to make your booking experience simple and straightforward. Please read our policy carefully before making a booking.


1. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made for bookings are non-refundable. Payments are secured to confirm your hire dates and allow us to prepare your inflatable or equipment for your event.

Exceptions:

  • If Hire Castles cancels your booking for any reason, a full refund will be issued.


2. Amendments, Cancellations, and Postponements

If you need to amend, cancel, or postpone your booking, this must be requested at least 48 hours before your booking. Requests made less than 48 hours before the booking cannot be accommodated.
