1. Do you offer single-day hires?

No, we only offer multi-day hires. You can hire our inflatables either Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday. Single-day hires are not available, and setup will only be carried out if the full hire period is booked.


2. Where can the inflatables be set up?

Inflatables must be set up in a secure rear garden on real grass or indoors on a hard surface. This ensures safe use and protects the equipment during your hire period.


3. What are your delivery and collection times?

We provide set delivery and collection windows to make your hire simple:

Weekday (Monday to Friday) Hires

  • Delivery: Monday between 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

  • Collection: Friday between 7:00 am – 12:30 pm

Weekend (Friday to Monday) Hires

  • Delivery: Friday between 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

  • Collection: Monday between 7:00 am – 12:30 pm

Note: Please ensure someone is available at the property during these times. We’ll always confirm your specific time slot before your hire period begins.


4. How do I book an inflatable?

Booking is simple:

  1. Select the item you wish to hire.

  2. Click ‘Book Online’ and complete your details.

  3. We’ll handle the rest — including delivery, setup, and collection.

6. Can the inflatables be set up at a venue other than a private garden?

We can only set up inflatables at private gardens on grass or indoors on hard surfaces, and only if the full multi-day hire period is booked. We cannot provide one-off setups at other venues.

Yes! All inflatables are fully cleaned, safety-checked, and delivered ready to use. Proper supervision is required during use to ensure safety for all guests.
