All our equipment is regularly inspected, cleaned, and maintained to meet the highest safety standards. Our inflatables are designed and manufactured to comply with: BS EN 14960 (European Standard for inflatable play equipment)

2. Public Liability Insurance

Hire Castles holds Public Liability Insurance, giving you peace of mind.


3. Safe Setup Requirements

To maintain safety:

  • Inflatables must be set up on a secure rear garden on real grass or indoors on a hard surface.

  • Equipment must be used in accordance with safety and supervision requirements.

  • Users should follow age and height capacity limits for each inflatable.


4. Supervision

All inflatables and equipment require responsible adult supervision at all times. This ensures safe play and prevents accidents or misuse during the hire period.
