Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all bookings made with Hire Castles. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 All bookings are multi-day only, either Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday. Single-day hires are not available.
1.2 A 25% deposit is required on all bookings.
1.3 Remaining balance is due in full in cash to the driver upon delivery.

2. Cancellation & Amendments

2.1 All payments are non-refundable unless Hire Castles cancels your booking.
2.2 If you wish to amend, cancel, or postpone your booking, this must be done at least 48 hours before your hire period. Requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated.

3. Delivery & Collection

3.1 Deliveries and collections are within the following windows:

  • Weekday (Mon–Fri) Hires: Delivery Monday 7:00 am–4:00 pm, Collection Friday 7:00 am–12:30 pm

  • Weekend (Fri–Mon) Hires: Delivery Friday 7:00 am–4:00 pm, Collection Monday 7:00 am–12:30 pm
    3.2 You must ensure a responsible adult is available at the delivery and collection times.
    3.3 Hire Castles will confirm the exact delivery/collection time slot prior to the hire period.

4. Setup Requirements

4.1 All inflatables must be set up in a secure rear garden on real grass or indoors on a hard surface.
4.2 Hire Castles reserves the right to refuse setup if the location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable and no refund will be given.

5. Safety & Supervision

5.1 All equipment must be used in accordance with the safety instructions below.
5.2 Responsible adult supervision is required at all times during use.
5.3 Users must adhere to age, weight, and capacity limits for each inflatable.

6. Liability

6.1 Hire Castles holds public liability insurance.
6.2 The Hirer is responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.

7. General

7.1 Hire Castles reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking for reasons including safety concerns, unsuitable setup locations, or unforeseen circumstances. All payments will be lost in this event.
7.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.
